Seating Stadium Seats allowed in bleachers. Lawn chairs are only allowed on  top 2 rows of bleachers. Seating on both sided of the track. Terraced hillside and pit bleachers.

Concession Stands Front and Back Stretch and in the Pit Area
Restrooms Under the bleachers on the front stretch. On the first floor of the concession building on the back stretch. Pit area restrooms are in the back of the pit concession.
Scoreboard Used for Time Trials and Lap Counter
RaceCeiver System Racecars are lined up by the RaceCeiver system. RaceCeiver are required for all cars on the track.
Transponder system  Racecars are timed by the transponder system and are required. Transponders can be rented for $10 per week along with a $5 fee for the carrier. Transponder carriers are required. Transponder and carrier can be purchased for a fee. Transponders are required to be placed on the bottom side of the rear axle tube on the right side of the car with the silver side facing down for Late Models and Modifeds. Hornets and Pure Stocks transponder location will be determined @ the track.
Tire Rule Beckley Motorsports Park is a HOOSIER only racetrack.
   
Cancelation Policy If races are going to be canceled the track will called the race by 3pm on race day. Call the track phone after 3pm for more information. If rain occurs during the event and the track calls the race arm bands will be honored for the following 2 weeks after the rainout.
